DEMIGRO | Terms of Offer

0. General Provisions

• This Public Offer defines the terms and conditions for purchasing digital services and virtual goods on the Demigro project.
• Revision date: 20.40 (19.09:2026)

1. Subject of the Offer

• Products include all services listed on the website.
• The Administration has the right to refuse a service purchase if the server rules or this Offer have been violated.
• By making a payment, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agreed to the terms of this Public Offer.
• The Project provides the User with digital services and products presented on the Demigro website, and the User pays for them in accordance with the order terms.

2. General Terms and Definitions

• “User” / “Buyer” / “Player” - a person who uses the website and/or Demigro Minecraft server and places orders for digital services.
• “Server” - the Demigro Minecraft server and its game modes.
• “Administrator” - the Owner/Co-Owner of the Demigro Minecraft server.
• “Software” - the software of the Demigro Minecraft server.
• “Moderator” - a player of the Demigro Minecraft server responsible for the safety and fair play of other players.
• “Website” - the website site.demigro1111.workers.dev
• “Digital Service” / “Service” - a digital feature, access right, or other digital service provided to the User within the Demigro server in accordance with its description on the Website.
• “Order” - a properly completed request by the User to purchase a digital service.
• In-game digital units, points, items, and other similar Demigro elements are used exclusively within the Demigro server.
• They are not electronic money, a means of payment, a banking product, cryptocurrency, or a virtual asset; they have no guaranteed monetary value, do not grant the right to demand payment of money, and are not exchanged back for money by the Seller.

3. Subject of the Agreement

• The Seller undertakes to provide the User with the selected and paid-for digital service in accordance with its description on the Website, and the User undertakes to pay for the service under the terms of this Public Offer.
• The name, description, price, validity period, and other characteristics of the digital service are specified on the relevant Website page before payment.
• The User independently selects the service and is responsible for the accuracy of the selected service, game mode, Minecraft nickname, and other information provided when placing the order.
• The provision of a digital service does not transfer to the User any ownership rights to the Software, server, source code, or other intellectual property of Demigro or third parties.

4. Placing an Order and Payment

• The User may place an order for any digital service available for purchase on the Website.
• Before making a payment, the User must verify the accuracy of the information provided and the selected service.
• To place an order, the User selects the required service, game mode, validity period if applicable, and provides their Minecraft nickname and other required information.

• Unless otherwise stated, prices on the Website are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).
• An order is considered paid after confirmation of successful payment is received.

5. Provision of Digital Services

• The digital service is provided after successful payment is confirmed.
• The service may be provided automatically by the system or manually by the Project support team.
• Automatic provision of the digital service takes place within 6 hours after successful payment.
• In the event of a technical delay, the service provision period may be extended by the time required to resolve the technical issue.
• If the paid service has not been provided within 6 hours, the User must contact support.
• The validity period of a temporary digital service begins when it is provided or activated, unless otherwise stated in the service description.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

• The Seller is obligated to:
  Provide the paid digital service in accordance with its description
  Provide information about the price and main characteristics of the services
  Review requests concerning erroneous payments or services not provided
  Process personal data in accordance with Ukrainian law and the Privacy Policy
• The Seller has the right to:
  Perform technical work, updates, and maintenance of the server/website
  Change the list and price of digital services for future orders
  Restrict the User's access to the server in cases of violations of Demigro rules
  Modify the server for its development, security, and maintenance of game balance
• The User is obligated to:
  Pay for the order/service on time
  Provide accurate information when placing an order
  Comply with the Demigro server rules, this Offer, and other Project rules
  Not use purchased features to disrupt the server or violate the rights of other players
• The User has the right to:
  Receive the paid digital service in accordance with its contents
  Receive information about the price and terms of service before payment
  Contact support in case of order problems or questions
  Demand proper fulfillment of the terms of this Public Offer and the Project rules

7. Liability of the Parties

• The Parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with this Public Offer and Ukrainian law.
• The Seller is not responsible for incorrect delivery of a digital service if this resulted from the User providing an incorrect Minecraft nickname, game mode, or other information.
• The Seller is not responsible for temporary inability to access the server caused by technical work, accidents, hosting/provider or data center failures, communication network failures, DDoS attacks, or other circumstances beyond the Seller's reasonable control.
• The User is solely responsible for keeping their Minecraft account credentials and other account information secure.
• If the User gives third parties access to their account, they do so at their own risk, and the Seller is not responsible for this.
• In the event of force majeure, the Parties are released from liability for non-performance of obligations for the duration of such circumstances, within the limits provided by Ukrainian law.

8. Refunds and Correction of Errors

• Refunds for digital services are handled in accordance with the public offer and rules of the relevant payment provider and applicable Ukrainian law.
• If the digital service was properly and fully provided to the User in accordance with the order, a refund is made only in cases provided for by applicable Ukrainian law.
• To request a refund, the User must contact support and provide sufficient information to identify the payment and order.

• By placing an order, the User agrees to the processing of data necessary to place and fulfill the order, process the payment, operate support services, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements.
• The User may request a refund, including in the following cases:
  Double charging for a single order
  Incorrect amount charged
  Failure to provide a paid digital service due to the Seller's fault
  The Seller's inability to provide the paid service
  Other cases provided for by Ukrainian law
• The request should include:
  Minecraft nickname;
  Payment date and amount
  Reason for the request
  Photo of the purchase receipt issued before/after payment
  Photo confirming the payment

9. Intellectual Property Rights

• Inzio_ is considered the owner of the intellectual property rights to the Demigro server plugins/software.
• For technical questions regarding the Project, contact us on Discord.

• Demigro is an independent gaming project/server and should not be considered an official product of Mojang Studios / Microsoft / AB.
• Minecraft, its respective trademarks, names/graphics, and other intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders.
• Purchasing Demigro digital services does not transfer to the User any intellectual property rights to Minecraft, Demigro, the server software, or third-party materials.

10. Term of the Agreement, Amendments, and Dispute Resolution

• The Parties shall attempt to resolve all disputes through negotiations and by contacting Project support.

• The electronic agreement is considered concluded from the moment the User accepts this Public Offer in accordance with the procedure provided by Ukrainian law.
• Acceptance is evidenced by the User's payment for the selected digital service.
• The relations between the Seller and the User are governed by Ukrainian law, including the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce,” the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection,” and other legal acts to the extent applicable to the relevant legal relationship.
• Changes to this Public Offer do not retroactively change the terms of orders that have already been paid for.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
• Before payment, the Buyer undertakes to verify the Minecraft nickname, server mode, service name, validity period, and amount. The base price is displayed in Ukrainian hryvnia; the final amount may differ due to taxes or payment service fees if shown before confirmation.
• Blocking a player's account for rule violations does not cancel a service that has already been provided.
• If any provision of this Public Offer is deemed invalid or unenforceable, this does not affect the validity of the other provisions of the document.
