The player's in-game nickname and identifier.
Email address, if provided during checkout.
Order information: product, price, validity period, and payment method.
Payment details may be processed directly by the relevant payment system.
2. Purpose of Data Processing
Demigro does not store the full card number, CVV/CVC, or card expiration date.
Data may be used to process and fulfill orders, activate digital services, communicate with the user, provide support, confirm payments, and prevent fraud.
3. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
Data may be disclosed only to the extent necessary to fulfill an order, operate payment services, maintain the website, or comply with legal requirements.
Only to providers necessary for the operation of the service: payment providers, hosting and technical services, as well as government authorities where required by law. We DO NOT sell personal data.

Data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing, contractual and legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
The Project Administration takes measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction; however, no system can guarantee absolute security.

The user may request the deletion, correction, or clarification of their data if its retention is no longer required by contract or law. Please expect a response by email within 7 days!

When this Policy is updated, the Administration undertakes to notify users via Discord/Telegram and change the date to the publication date of the updated Policy.
